For the duration of the COVID-19 health emergency, the offices of the Atlantic City Housing Authority

and Urban Redevelopment Agency of the City of Atlantic City (ACHA), including those located at 901

Arctic Avenue, Atlantic City, New Jersey, remain closed to the public. In conformity and compliance

with recommendations and advice of County, State, National and International Public Health agencies

regarding public gatherings during the COVID-19 pandemic, including but not limited to, the directives

of the NJ Division of Local Government Services (DLGS), the ACHA will provide live streaming

capabilities of a Board of Commissioners Regular Monthly Board Meeting on Thursday, August 11, 2022

at 4:30 PM. Pursuant to section 18 of the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6, et seq., the meeting

will remain open to the public with opportunities for public questions and comments via live streaming.

Questions and comments during the August 11, 2022 live stream Regular Monthly Board Meeting should

be emailed to cking@atlanticcityha.org. In addition, public comments and questions can be emailed in

advance of the meeting. Formal action will be taken.
