NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
ATLANTIC CITY HOUSING AUTHORITY
In compliance with the New Jersey Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq., please take notice that a “Special Meeting” of the Housing Authority and Urban Redevelopment Agency of the City of Atlantic City (“ACHA”) Board of Commissioners will be held on Monday, March 18, 2024 at 4:30 p.m. The meeting will be held via Zoom. The information required to join the Zoom meeting will be posted in advance to the ACHA website, https://www.atlanticcityha.org/
The Agenda of the meeting, to the extent currently known, includes the following items:
1. Opening Statement (Open Public Meetings Act)
2. Roll Call – Pledge of Allegiance
3. Public Comment
4. Resolution Authorizing the Award of a Contract for Professional Architectural and Engineering Services
5. Other Business and Communications
6. Good & Welfare
7. Adjournment
